    Preparing for Your Online Session

    To ensure a smooth and effective experience:

    1. Create a Comfortable Environment: You may sit or lie down during the session, but comfort is key. If lying on the floor, use a mat and pillows to avoid back pain. If sitting, choose a chair or a position where you can relax deeply.

    2. Ensure a Stable Internet Connection: A strong connection is essential for uninterrupted energy transmission. Should you lose connection for more than one minute or experience significant disruptions, don’t worry—we can arrange to redo the session.

    3. Position Your Camera Properly: I need to see you during the session. Adjust your camera so I can clearly observe you, as shown in the instructional video above.

    How to Join the Session

    Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a Zoom link in the confirmation email to access the session. 

  • All sessions are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances up to two times:

    – First reschedule: no extra cost
    – Second reschedule: 50% surcharge

    If you believe you have a very serious reason for requesting a refund, please write to us explaining your situation in detail.
